I was so impressed with the bracelets that I had purchased that I bought a ribbon pin for my friend. She loves it and wears it all the time. To be honest, considering the price I thought it would look cheap or cheesy. I was wrong - it's very pretty and looks expensive.

January 16, 2013 I am proud to wear my No One Fights Alone shirt with my cancer ribbon (zebra). I have had several people comment on it. I am not sure if they "get it" or realize that it is related to cancer because the only marketed ribbon seems to be pink for breast cancer. It gives me the opportunity to spread awareness of my cancer now. Incidentally, I have Neuroendocrine carcinoid tumors (NETS). I ordered my shirt a few sizes larger because I like to wear it over jeans. It is made well, and quite comfy !

And the second reason is, because they come in different sizes. I love that! That way you can wear a size that is just right for you. My cousin shared this site with me.....and I just place my 3rd order as they have a lot of items you can buy to represent the cancers that mean something to you. I love this site and their products. November 11, 2014 I LOVE my Be Aware Bracelet! My mom was recently diagnosed with Melanoma at age 48 and I wanted to wear something to show my support for her. I bought two of the ovarian cancer awareness bracelets for mothers day, one for me and one for my mom, in honor of my grandmother who died from the disease. We both love the bracelet and the meaning behind it. We both have tiny wrists, but the bracelet fits perfectly.
The one disappointing factor, though, was the color of the beads. The ovarian cancer color is teal, and the ribbon charm matched that. The beads were more of an emerald green, and the difference in color is evident when actually looking at them side-by-side.Be Aware Ribbon Bracelet

I was really disappointed in the amount of time this item took to be delivered. This was sent via USPS (which is never reliable) and it took 2 weeks to be delivered which meant I couldn't give it to my husband to wear prior to his Kidney Cancer surgery. I ordered it a week before his surgery since the delivery date listed was January 2 and his surgery was January 4. It didn't arrive until January 8. The item itself is nice and well made with a nice magnetic closure that makes it easy to get on and off. I would recommend ordering this item with plenty of time to spare for delivery.

July 13, 2010 - My husband is currently battling head and neck cancer, and this has been going on since 2001. He went into remission after a year of radiation, and the remission lasted for 11 years. He has gone in and out of remission, mostly out while enduring chemo and proton therapy. He is a shell of a man, but he's still fighting. I was so thrilled that there are bracelets for every type. I ordered 3, one for me and one each for each of our twin girls. They have taken over taking care of both of us, and we are so blessed to have them. We love the bracelets because they are not just a generic color, but a color that represents his particular form of cancer. It is a reminder that August 19th we will have been married 45 years. If God is with us Mac will be with us ,too. Thank you for giving us something we can wear in celebration of his life. I hope I can order more if friends want one.
