Leather bracelet is a great idea. The men's version uses black leather for all cancer types with small bands in the corresponding cancer colors. We bought two, for lung cancer (white) and carcinoid cancer (zebra). Unless you know what to look for, it's hard to tell them apart. Please consider additional leather colors for the men's leather ribbon awareness bracelets. Finally, the magnetic closure is not as strong as the magnetic clasp on the women's bracelet.

None have went faulty as they say only thing I do have to explain is I buy grey & orange for MS & brain disease (I have) and there's a variety of diseases jus not them so improvised. November 9, 2011 - I ordered the car magnet because I wanted to bring attention to the public about the specific kind of cancer I have (lymphoma), and maybe, just maybe it would help draw some much needed donations towards lymphoma research. I am quite amazed at the number of people who have never heard of lymphoma. The type of lymphoma I have is considered not curable, however I hear they are on the verge of finding a cure very soon. I hang onto that hope everyday and I will do anything I can to help push that effort along.

October 1, 2013 I am proud to wear my wristband showing that I'm a prostate cancer survivor but even though I have a small wrist the band is a bit small and it would be more comfortable to wear if it was oval instead of round.

April 30, 2017 - October 2012 would be a month I will never forget! My sister Jane called me around 9 in the morning at work, and told me that she was just got her test results back, and that she has lung cancer! I actually cried all day long! She went on vacation with her husband, and when she got back, she got the another test result informing her that the cancer has spread to her brain! Lastly, January 2013, she got another test result back letting her know that the cancer has spread to her spine! Last week she told me that the Dr's gave her 2 months to live! The reason I bought the lung cancer bracelet is because she started of with lung cancer. I plan on purchasing the multicolor bracelet because that represent all of the cancer that has spread throughout her body! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my story! Also, thank you for making the bracelets! My sister will always be with me day in and day out because I wear the bracelet in her memory and all other people who are going through the same sickness!

Karen's Story
I was diagnosed with Stage IV Ovarian Cancer in August, 2018. I started chemo in September, had surgery in November of that year and more chemo treatments. After thirteen rounds of different and same chemo infusion over the last five years, I still have cancerous tumors on my lymph nodes. I am still on chemo treatment with the hope that this one works but my cancer tumors are very stubborn.
