I bought these mini-magnets and have them on the driver’s door of my car–one for each friend who has a particular type of cancer. It is a visual reminder to me to pray for these friends every time I get in the car.
I’ve also found them to be great conversation starters at drive-up windows at the credit union and fast food places. They open the door for me to tell others about the cancer care group at our church and also about Choose Hope! (Hope you get a lot of repeat customers because of these magnets!)

I love these Ribbon Awareness Magnets. I just bought several of these to put on my ice-box as a reminder of the family members who have cancer or have died of cancer. It seems like cancer has touched every family at one time or another. My brother, Gary just found out he has Colon Cancer. His ribbon is first because he is still living. Right below his the magnet in all colors as it represents awareness for all cancers. I have it turned to the right more…..below is a list of magnets that represents my other family members who have died of cancer……granddaddy, daddy, hubby, aunt…….what a great reminder to remember those living or who have died. Cancer has touched my family…..and at times it has been real sad……these magnets just help to ease the pain, as I think of other families and friends going through the same thing I have…..yes, cancer effects all of in one way or another……may we never forget our family or friends who have suffered from this terrible disease.

I have ribbons to support all the cancer fighters of our church. I lined up the magnets under the driver’s window on my car (7 in all). I call it my “Prayer Wall”. Every time I get in the car, I’m reminded to pray for these brave folks. Whenever I pull up to a drive-thru window, it’s amazing how many conversations my prayer wall will generate. I’ve talked to so many people who have loved ones battling this disease. (And I always offer to pray for their loved ones, too.)
